You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. Spaces on tours are sold per person.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 (8:00 am the day before the tour) hours before the experience’s start time.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
