Check-in times can vary from hotel to hotel but generally, check-in is around 2 pm. All of our hotels will do their best to have your room available as early as possible however, if you arrive earlier than check-in time and your room isn’t ready, you will have the option to store your luggage with the hotel and head out to explore until your room is ready.

Yes. The $200 deposit goes towards your total trip price. It helps guarantee your spot on the trip before they all sell out. You can make convenient monthly payments towards your trip after.
Please note that this $200 deposit is not refundable.

Not at all. While we mostly have a community of women travelers, we welcome every gender on all our trips.

Will you match me?
Of course! If you choose a space in a shared room but you're traveling solo, we will do our best to pair you with a roommate. Roommates are matched based on arrival time and perceived compatibility. Sharing a room is a great way to save costs, and make a new friend! However, we ask you to approach the situation with an open mind, some grace, and maybe a little humor.
While 99% our travelers are amazing, we can't guarantee that you'll hit it off with your roommate, or that your sleeping styles will be compatible.
Is sharing right for you?
If you are a light sleeper, get easily irritated or just know that you need your own space, sharing a room might not be for you. Likewise, if you know that you snore, sleep with a CPAP machine or have other health conditions, sharing a room might not be the best fit.
What if I don't get along with my roommate?
If you've tried but you absolutely can't get along with your roommate and need to separate, your trip leader will either swap things around, or, attempt to get you your own room. If the latter, additional charges will incur.
What if I book a double room, and you can't match me?
We book a certain amount of hotel rooms before any tour, and are bound by their rules. In the event that we cannot find a roommate for you before the tour, and your room converts to a single room, there may be additional charges.

We do not require it, however, Sheeda Travel Tribe highly recommends purchasing individual travel insurance for the duration of the tour (trip cancellation, foreign medical, flight delays and cancellations, medical evacuation). We always hope that there is never a reason to use it but, we have seen several instances where it saved the day for some of our tour participants.

Yes, you are required to have a valid passport to go on one of our tours, Please note that that your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the anticipated tour end date.
Visa requirements depends on which destinations you will be booking and your nationality. You can always reach out to us confirm if you need a visa or not for the destination you will be travelling to.

Yes we are able to accommodate your food allergy and special dietary requirement. If you have a food allergy or special dietary requirement, please let us know in advance. This would include if you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, don’t eat red meat, etc.

Yes, let us know your plans and we will be happy to help with these arrangements. If you would like us to make extra arrangements for accommodation and tours, this will come at an additional cost.

All deposits and tour payments must be made in US dollars and can be made by bank transfer or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card payments will incur a processing fee of 2.9% - 3.9% (depending on your card) of the total amount paid with the credit card.
